One of our visitors submitted a request... "how do you get-up early in the morning without striking the snooze button?"
When scanning this request since I can quickly relate solely to this matter I chuckled. I know I also am a 'sleep button' junkie! I thought by placing my alarm clock over the area I'd created a remedy to the challenge. Our reason was that once I was up, I wouldnot wish to return to sleep...WRONG! I jump up, hit the snooze button then gleefully jump straight back into my nice comfortable bed. And, I'll do it more often than once! I am aware it's a routine that is ridiculous. Oh, and incidentally, my time is placed 15minutes ahead of the true time in addition!
I decided when the reader and that I are both currently struggling with this dilemma, then you can find additional 'snooze option' junkies in our community.
Most of us understand that this can be a practice and behaviors may be changed - IF we decide to take action. It requires 21 days to change a routine. Into truly making a new pattern for ourselves so how do we take a practice from interfering frustrating, or awkward? Right feel much better when you make the decision to alter and do it?
